RF Welding and Heat Sealing
For products that require a perfect seal, our radiofrequency (RF) welding and heat sealing techniques deliver the results you’re looking for. For RF welding, we use electromagnetic energy to fuse materials without the use of external heat. RF welding is excellent in applications that involve thin materials and require tight tolerances.
Heat sealing uses external heat and is a good choice when using thick materials or welding large or curved projects. Regardless of the size of your project, we are able to accommodate you, however, we prefer working with seals smaller than 5′ x 5′.

highly experienced in delivering durable, expertly crafted sewed items. Our industrial sewing services include embroidery and embossing and can be performed on a wide range of materials, including cotton, canvas, PVC, vinyl, and more.
